Origin

These come from rice combine harvesters and rice planters in Japan, and have approximately 300 to 500 operating hours. In Japan, they are only used a few times a year in the rice fields for harvesting and planting.

Engine Type

The engine type begins with a letter or number series. For example, A1234 or 3A1234. This is often followed by a - and another combination of numbers or letters. The first series is the engine type itself; what follows after the hyphen indicates something about the application. For example, an engine may fit a tractor, but also a mini excavator, refrigeration unit, or generator. In principle, many engines are essentially the same, but there may be differences in the intake and exhaust manifolds. A tractor has a recess for the oil pan; this doesn't apply to a mini excavator, for example. The exhaust, regulator, or oil pump may also be located differently. In this case, if you plan to replace your engine, parts will have to be transferred from the old engine block.

Warranty

Our engines are thoroughly tested beforehand. This way, we know if the engine is still in good condition and whether it runs smoothly, doesn't produce smoke, etc. We can only provide a warranty if the engine is installed by us ourselves. This is because installing a new/different engine block must be done carefully. Once the engine we tested arrives, we no longer have any insight into the repair. For example, if the engine runs too long without cooling, it will irreversibly break, and repair will no longer be possible.

What we stand for

Thanks to our years of experience, we know after two or three "strokes" of the running engine whether it runs properly. We do our utmost to test them as thoroughly as possible. It's pointless for either you or us to deliver a motor that doesn't run properly or is broken, with all the consequences that entails.
