Return policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Note: if we made a mistake with your order, TracPartz will cover the return costs and you will receive a return label by email.

Products must always be:

• returned in their original condition
• returned in their original packaging

We will refund the order amount within 14 days after receiving your return – provided the product is received in good condition.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sealed products (once the seal is broken, they cannot be returned)
• All electronic or electrical parts
• Products showing signs of use (through assembly or testing)
• Products that by their nature cannot be returned
• Used (second-hand) parts
• Specially ordered or purchased items
