What are the shipping costs?

During checkout, the current shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the country, dimensions and weight of the parcel. Not seeing shipping costs for your order? Please contact sales@tracpartz.com.

Which payment methods does TracPartz offer?

At TracPartz you can pay with: Apple Pay, iDeal (NL), Bancontact, PayPal, EPS, KBC, Sofort Banking, Giropay, Belfius, Credit card, Klarna and bank transfer. We regularly add new payment methods – the most up-to-date ones are shown during checkout.

How long does it take for parcels to reach their destination?

At TracPartz, parcels are handed over to couriers every working day. If we receive your order and payment before 15:00, it will usually be delivered within 1–2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium – depending on the courier chosen. Orders within Europe are generally delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on the country. International orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the destination country. Every order includes a track & trace number.
Note: if you want guaranteed timely delivery and reliable tracking, choose UPS!

Can I pay by bank transfer at TracPartz?

Yes, you can. If you prefer prepayment by bank transfer, after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with the amount to pay and our bank details. We will ship the order once the payment is received. Bank transfer is free of charge but may take a few days to process.

Orders from outside Europe

Please note that some countries outside the EU charge import duties when importing products. These costs are not included in your order and are at the customer’s expense. Check with your local authorities before ordering from TracPartz to avoid surprises.

Why should I create an account at TracPartz?

Creating an account makes it easier to track your order status. You can also view previous orders and invoices. You are not required to create an account.

Can I also pick up my order at TracPartz?

Yes. We have a physical location in Marum, the Netherlands. You can collect your order at our store there. We recommend completing and paying for the order online first, then bringing the order confirmation to the store. That way, we can prepare your order for you.
