Deliveries and delivery time
Orders that are placed before 3:00 pm and received by us after successful payment will be dispatched by TracPartz the same working day. One condition is that the order is to be delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium, then the delivery period is within 1-2 working days. For other countries it can take 2-4 working days.
Low shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium
For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium we charge low shipping costs. The weight of the parcel does not matter in this case.
Shipping costs outside of the Netherlands and Belgium
Are you a TracPartz customer outside of the Netherlands or Belgium? This means that shipping fees will apply. When you enter your address details, you will see how much the shipping costs for your package will be. We ship worldwide. If you live in a country that is not in the list, we kindly ask you to contact us. We will notify you as soon as possible what the shipping costs will be in your case.
UPS: parcels up to 30 kg
We generally send all packages of up to 30 kg through UPS. If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to your neighbors. If this is not possible either, the courier will try again the next day, or the parcel will go your nearest UPS pickup point. The courier will notify you of this by leaving a note in your mailbox.
UPS will send an email with a track-and-trace number, delivery date and time (morning or afternoon) to the email address that you have provided. If necessary, you can alter the stated delivery time via the UPS website or via their app.
UPS couriers work from Monday to Friday.
DB Schenker: parcels weighing more than 30 kg
Does your parcel weigh more than 30 kg? If so, we will send it to you via carrier DB Schenker.
On the day of your order, DB Schenker will send you an email with an expected delivery time (within a 2 hour timeframe). They will use the email address that you provided when placing your order for this notification.
DB Schenker couriers work from Monday to Friday.
Delays related to your order
The Track & Trace code that you receive via email lets you see exactly when we intend to deliver your order. Unfortunately, sometimes a package is delayed at the courier stage. For example, due to wrong sorting of your package at Db Schenker or due to a UPS truck having a flat tyre. We realize that this is not an excuse. Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent these things, but we will definitely make sure that your order is delivered as soon as possible after any such issues.
