Warranty on purchased parts
At TracPartz we want you to be satisfied with our products. The first condition is therefore that your product works properly. Our new products that we sell have a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. You will then receive a full 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration of this warranty is stated on the product page of each product, this warranty depends on whether you order a used or new product.
When does the warranty start?
Factory warranty always starts from the date of purchase of the product.
When does the warranty apply?
You can invoke the warranty if:
Your product is not good or does not work properly
If there is a defect that has arisen through no fault of your own. Is your product no good or does it have defects? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can come up with a solution. If we ask to return the item to us, we will pay the shipping costs.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Electrical or electronic parts can only be returned in consultation. Since in many cases damage can be caused by improper use or a defect in the electrical circuit of your tractor / machine. In this case we will always request and check the defective part.
- Parts used (unless otherwise agreed)
- Damage caused by yourself due to incorrect use of the product
- Parts affected by wear
- Products of which the damage or defect was known before you bought it
- Products that you return without notice
Do you have a problem with a product that is not covered by the warranty? Please contact us. We like to have satisfied customers and always want to see if we have a suitable solution for your problem. Warranty is not transferable to third parties.
The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal warranty. A legal guarantee applies to all articles. A legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what you can (in all reasonableness) expect it to do. In short, this means that the product, under normal use, should not break within 2 years.
14 days reflection period
We are happy with you as a customer and that is why we give you a trial period of 14 days. Within that time you may revoke your order without giving reasons and send it back free of charge. This means that you inform us that you are canceling the purchase. After you have made this notification, you still have 14 days to return the product or products. We request that you return it in its original packaging. After we have received your notice to cancel, we will refund the purchase amount to the account number known to us as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days (usually within 3 working days). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
During the trial period you may view the product, as you would in the store.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, not to companies.
After the trial period has expired
If you have had your product for more than 14 days and you are not satisfied, please contact us. We will then look for a suitable solution together with you, because the most important thing for us is that you are and remain satisfied.
Warranty is separate from trial period
Items covered by the guarantee are separate from the trial period. If a product appears to have defects, we will solve it for you immediately. We use the same warranty period as the manufacturer's warranty, which is shown per product on the product detail page (usually 2 years).
