Which companies do you ship with?

TracPartz uses PostNL, UPS and DB Schenker for the transport of packages and pallet freight.

What are the shipping costs?

The current shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart. Shipping costs are based on the country, package dimensions and weight.

Which payment methods does TracPartz offer?

At TracPartz you can pay with: Apple Pay, iDeal (only in the Netherlands), Bancontact, PayPal, EPS, KBC, Sofort banking, Giropay, Belfius, Credit card, Biller (only in the Netherlands), Klarna and bank transfer.

Delivery times: daily shipment of orders

At TracPartz, packages are offered daily to the courier companies on working days. If we receive your order and completed payment before 15:00, your order will in most cases be delivered to delivery addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium within one working day - this depends on the chosen courier.

Orders within Europe are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, depending on your country of residence. International orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days depending on the destination country.

You will receive a track and trace number with every order to track your order.

Can I pay via bank transfer at TracPartz?

Yes that is possible. If you prefer to pay in advance by bank, you will receive a confirmation by email after ordering your products with the amount to be paid and the bank details of our company. We will ship your order as soon as your payment has been credited. Prepayment by bank is free of charge but can take 2-4 days lead time.

Can I also pick up my products?

At TracPartz you can also pick up your order in our store, which is located in Marum (Groningen). We recommend that you complete and pay for the order online, then take the proof of order with you to the store.

Why should I create an account at TracPartz?

Creating an account makes it easier to track the status of your order. You will also see an overview of previous orders and invoices. You are not required to create an account.

Orders outside Europe

Please note that some countries outside the EU charge import costs when you import products. These costs are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order with TracPartz.
