How do I place an order?
You can place your orders via our web shop.

What are your operating hours?
Our web shop is open for you to place orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Our shop (storage premises) is open:
Monday to Friday from 0800 until 1700

Our Customer Service is available by phone:
Monday to Friday from 0800 until 1700

How much are your delivery costs?
Your delivery costs can be seen when you order a product so that you will not get any unpleasant surprises.

Does TracPartz also deliver outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Yes we do, but outside of the Netherlands and Belgium there are some additional shipping fees involved. On the Order page you will be able see how much the shipping costs will be for deliveries to addresses outside the Netherlands or Belgium.

What payment methods are possible at TracPartz?
TracPartz accepts various payment methods:

  • iDeal
  • Bancontact/Mister Cash
  • Prepayment via the bank
  • Payment on Delivery (€ 15,- cash to be paid to the courier)
  • PayPal (as well as PayPal Express)
  • Credit card
  • Pay afterwards on invoicing (within 14 days up to € 300,-)
  • In our actual shop, you can pay by debit card (using your PIN) by cash or by credit card.


What are your delivery times?
If we receive your order and payment before 15:00, your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days in most cases to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. We will keep you informed of your delivery by email. If you order after 3 pm or on weekends, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

Can my order be delivered at a different address?

We will send your package to the address that you specified in your order. During the order process, you can specify a different delivery address.
